What is Covered
Manufacturing defects, battery cell degradation beyond specified limits, and component failures under normal use are all covered.
How to Claim
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We handle the claim process with EcoFlow on your behalf. Grey-market purchases are not covered by any warranty.
Delivery
We deliver to all major Kenyan cities. Nairobi: 1 to 2 business days. Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru: 2 to 3 business days. Other locations: 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is included on orders above KES 100,000.
